Finding balance in life can be difficult at times. There are more demands on us than ever. Whether it’s relationships, work, family and, of course, managing life since COVID-19 with the cost-of-living crisis has taken stress, overwhelm and distraction to another level. It’s too easy in ‘survival mode’ to fall into ‘all or nothing’ thinking, to do nothing for ourselves and for our physical and mental wellbeing to suffer.
