Hi there, I’m Vicky.
My inspiration is my French Grandmother Gisèle. She was an incredible woman who overcame huge challenges, was really influential in my upbringing and who absolutely lived life to the full. Spirited and joyful, her attitude to life - from the way she ate to the way she looked after others have set me on the path I’m on today.
I want to spread the word that it’s possible to eat well, move well and live well, even if it feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day. To eat delicious food and achieve a healthy balanced life even on those ‘bad days’. To fuel your body and mind so you have enough energy to manage all the things you have to do, with enough left over to seize opportunities and make life fun.
I know from my training, but more importantly from my own personal emotional and physical struggles in life, that small lifestyle changes can lead to big results. I also know that now, more than ever, we need fad-free advice that we can really trust.
I’m a Nutrition, Weight Management and Behaviour Change Certified Coach working with clients to overcome challenges and ensure self care is at the top of their very long 'to do' lists. I help people, especially busy women, achieve a healthy balance for body and mind.
