Working together on a 1-2-1 private and personalised basis ensures that my work with you is tailored to your individual needs.
At our initial consultation, we’ll go through your health and lifestyle questionnaires so that I fully understand the journey you’ve been on. We’ll review your health history, how and what you’re currently eating, your sleep, movement or exercise, stress, relationships, self-care practices, and any other challenges you’re struggling with.
I can help you to understand what foods will nourish your mind, body and gut the most, to make better, informed food choices and develop a nutritionally balanced diet for you and your family. It can be hard to eat well when you’re juggling work and home life, and perhaps like many of us, you feel worn down by the daily question of ‘what’s for dinner’?
I can also help you to explore ways to increase your weekly physical activity and improve mindfulness. There are options for everyone and together, we will find quick, easy and enjoyable activities for you that fit into your busy schedule.
Together we’ll set short-term weekly or fortnightly goals that give you back a sense of control and get you feeling like ‘you’ again. I will support you with the latest science-based advice, tips and all the tools you need to make healthier choices easier.
