The 8-Week Seasonal Reset is a step-by-step guide to adopting the Mediterranean way of life using the 80/20 approach. It’s a small online group programme where you can:

  • Be inspired and energised because you’re fuelling your body with what it needs while also nourishing your gut. 70% of our immune system is in our gut and due to the gut/brain axis and vagus nerve which connects one to the other, it influences not only our immune system (1, 2) but our moods and mental health (3) and weight (4).

  • Reduce your risk of chronic lifestyle diseases like heart disease, type 2 diabetes and dementia. Latest research again supports the Mediterranean diet to reduce cardiovascular diseases, cognitive decline and to boost longevity (5)

  • Fully understand your health priorities now, why you’ve had challenges in the past, how this approach is different and why it works.

  • Learn the science behind behaviour change and get access to all the tools and strategies to build better, healthy habits for you and your family.

  • Improve your sleep, mindfulness and get
    active with achievable mindfulness and exercise goals you’ll actually look forward to and enjoy. 

  • Learn to make quick and easy recipes the whole family will love (Vegetarian and Vegan options included). Food to fuel you and increase your energy levels throughout the day including healthy snacks.

Get support every step of the way

Enjoy the support of a small friendly online community with weekly online check-ins (only 45 minutes each week), education and inspiration from an experienced and dedicated nutrition, weight management and behaviour change coach via Zoom, plus weekly email and group Instant Messaging support.

How it works

Your health deserves to be a priority.

Quick fixes and fad diets can often do more harm than good because they rely on rules, deprivation and encourage extreme behaviour change, which isn’t sustainable for life and can have a negative impact on our mental health. You can stop yo-yo weight cycling and be kinder to your body and mind - there is a better way and I will show you how.

You'll receive an online health and lifestyle questionnaire which you'll complete before you start, as well as food and activity diaries each week for the first 6 weeks, longer if you want to (they’re proven to enhance behaviour change).

You will also receive:

    • Healthy Living Guidelines to help you find balance for body and mind

    • 80/20 weight management guidelines and 90/10 weight loss guidelines (if you want to lose a healthy 1-2 lbs/week)

    • A Nutrient Density Scale so you can see at a glance what 80% foods will nourish your body, mind and gut the most 

    • Handy portion guidelines, no calorie or points counting

    • Delicious ‘quick and healthy’ seasonal recipes (vegetarian and vegan swaps included)

Everything you need to support your healthy changes will be uploaded into your confidential and private digital folder accessible on your your mobile device and laptop.

You’ll receive eight weeks of education, inspiration and support to help you develop healthier habits for life based on the latest science-based evidence, tools, strategies and inspiration for you to feel empowered and able to make positive changes.

With guidance and the support of our small community, you’ll always be in control, setting yourself weekly goals focussed on your unique health priorities ensuring that they are realistic and achievable for you.

Small groups meeting online for 45 mins weekdays at 1.15pm or 7.30pm via Zoom. Other times available, please get in touch via our Contact page. Individual support is also provided via email and instant messenger. 

Cost: 8-Weeks @£12 per week, total £96 payable on booking.
