1-2-1 Consultations

Everyone is unique and working together on a 1-2-1 private and personalised basis ensures that my work with you is tailored to your individual needs.


At our initial consultation, we’ll go through your health and lifestyle questionnaires so that I fully understand the journey you’ve been on. We’ll review your full health history, how and what you’re currently eating, how you’re sleeping, your movement or exercise, stress, relationships and self-care practices and any other challenges you’re struggling with. 


I'll help you to understand what foods will nourish your mind, body and gut the most, to make better informed food choices and develop a more nutritionally balanced diet for you and your family. I completely understand how hard it can be to eat well when you’re juggling home life and work and don’t feel you have the time or energy to cook, or perhaps feel overwhelmed and worn down by the daily question of ‘what’s for dinner’?


I can also help you to explore ways to increase your weekly physical activity and mindfulness practices too. There really are easy and achievable mindfulness and movement goals, you’ll actually look forward to and enjoy. 


Together we’ll set short-term weekly or fortnightly goals and give you back control over your actions and get you feeling like ‘you’ again. Whatever challenges you’re facing, I can support and reassure you and give you the skills you need to become a better you. 


You really can feel well and happier within yourself physically and mentally. Let’s change hurtful habits and limiting beliefs, into helpful habits and a growth mindset full of the potential you deserve.
