Seasonal Reset

The 12-Week Seasonal Reset is a step-by-step guide to adopting the Mediterranean way of life using the 80/20 approach. It’s a small online group programme where you can expect:

  • To have a plan and health goals you can achieve 

  • To lose weight (if you have weight to lose) or maintain your weight

  • To feel less overwhelmed and increase your wellbeing

  • To feel inspired and energised because you’re fuelling your body with what it needs while also nourishing your gut. 70% of our immune system is in our gut and due to the gut/brain axis and vagus nerve which connects one to the other, it influences not only our immune system (source: Harvard Public Health and BMJ but our moods and mental health (source: ncbi) and weight (source: Journal of Obesity).

  • To reduce your risk of chronic lifestyle diseases like heart disease, type 2 diabetes and dementia. Latest research again supports the Mediterranean diet to reduce cardiovascular diseases, cognitive decline and overall mortality and to boost longevity (source: Crous-Bou M, et al).

To understand your body and mind more fully

  • Fully understand your health priorities now, why you’ve had challenges in the past, how this approach is different and why it works.

  • Learn the science behind behaviour change and get access to all the tools and strategies to build better, healthy habits for you and your family that last a lifetime.

  • Improve your sleep, mindfulness and get active - easy, achievable mindfulness and exercise goals you’ll actually look forward to and enjoy. 

  • Learn to make quick and easy recipes the whole family will love (Vegetarian & Vegan options included). Food to fuel you and increase your energy levels throughout the day including simple, healthy snacks.

Friendly support every step of the way

Enjoy the support of a small friendly online community with weekly online check-ins (only 45 minutes each week), education and inspiration from an experienced and dedicated nutrition, weight management and behaviour change coach via Zoom, plus email and WhatsApp support.

How it works and what’s required from you

You’re aware that your health deserves to be a priority now.

Quick fixes and the old school fad diets can often do more harm than good because they rely on rules, deprivation and encourage extreme behaviour change, which isn’t sustainable for life and can have a negative impact on our mental health. You want to stop yo-yo weight cycling and be kinder to your body and mind. You know that there is a better way and I can show you how. 

You'll receive an online health and lifestyle questionnaire which you'll complete before you start.

Everything you need for the programme will be uploaded into your confidential and private digital folder accessible on your your mobile device and laptop.

You'll keep food and activity diaries each week for the first 6 weeks, longer if you want to (they’re proven to enhance behaviour change).

You'll also receive my:

    • Healthy Living Guidelines to help you find balance for body and mind

    • My 80/20 weight management guidelines and 90/10 weight loss guidelines (if you want to lose a healthy 1-2 lbs/week)

    • Nutrient Density Scale so you can see at a glance what 80% foods will nourish your body, mind and gut the most 

    • Handy portion guidelines, no calorie or points counting.

    • Seasonal, quick and healthy recipes

It’s 12 weeks of education, inspiration and support to help you develop healthier habits for life. 

Small group meeting online for 45 mins every Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday - ideally 1pm or 7pm via Zoom. Other times possibly available, please get in touch via our Contact page.

Individual support is also provided via email or WhatsApp during the 12 weeks. 

I’ll provide you with all the important facts (the latest science-based evidence), tools, strategies and inspiration you need to start feeling like ‘you’ again. With my guidance and the support of our small community, you’ll always be in control of the changes you make, setting yourself weekly goals so that they are always realistic for you.  

Cost:12-Weeks @£12 per week, total £144 payable on booking.
