It’s less weight loss focussed for me now but I’m more active, regularly walking, horse riding and doing yoga so a healthier lifestyle! Focussing on the ‘why’ behind my eating habits and being more mindful, learning how to prevent these ‘trigger’ situations and other ways to respond to them has definitely helped. Thank you Vicky!

I’ve lost half a stone since December… I’m enjoying a more diverse plant-based diet. I've even got my sometimes fussy, meat-loving family eating more vegetarian meals together including an Aubergine, Chard and Tomato Curry (pictured) which I’ll definitely be repeating!
